Hello, I is the Calling from Swiss Gardens

I was rudely awoken from my afternoon nap by the jarring buzz of my phone on silent mode. A quick glance on the screen showed me an unknown caller. I hit 'answer'.
'Hello, my name is Ali. I is the calling from Swiss Gardens Hotel. Is this 012-xxxxxxx?'
Yeah...
'We are running a promotion... can I speak in Malay? Campur-campur?'
All right. What's this about?
'You sudah menang promotion to stay for four days three nights!'
Oh... That's interesting...
'Where are you staying at the moment sir?'
I'm staying in KL...
'Which part kat KL?
You know what? May I know where you're calling from?
'Err... Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang'
Give me a moment. I want to write that down. Where again?
'Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang. So are you free untuk cakap sekarang?'
Erm... I'm going to be busy in a bit, so can I call you back later?
'Cannot, sir. Since you win, kena do it by today.'
So Ali, can I have your full name please, so I can get back to your hotel.
'Erm... You can just call me Ali sir.'
Your full name please, nama penuh.
'Ali. Ali is ok, sir.'
You know what... You can give the prize to someone else. I'm not really interested. Have a nice day!

Fellas like this just make my day. The entire thing from the start doesn't make sense, even to a seven year old. To start things off, I'm not a client of Swiss Gardens, save in Cherating. Even there, the rooms are booked under my mom's name. So how do I even win a competition I didn't enter?

Number two, which hotel would even hire a guy with such wonderful English to make calls to clients? Boleh campur-campur? Lol. Gimme a break.
Third point. So assume I'm a client. Shouldn't you then know where I stay and what my name is? Awesome PR department this hotel has... if Swiss Gardens even has a branch in Bandar Bukit Tinggi...
"Let's end with a bang!" (Cheong, 2010) What PR personnel doesn't want people to know his full name? And for Goodness' sake, of all names, Ali! What a generic name. Even if you want to scam people, put some effort into creativity please...
My 90 year old grandmother can tell grander lies than you and pull it off. Come on... Try harder next time, 'Ali'. You might want to consider taking PSY205...
lol.
