I'm gonna study persikologi!

I went up to KL on Tuesday to scout universities. 1st stop was MCKL to get my certificate copies certified. Then off to the Raintree club to meet up with Andrew and Steven.

1900 I left my Cheras "jail" for town by bus. Took me a darn 1 hour to reach Petaling Street. By the time I did, it was already precipitating felines and canines. Switched buses in the middle of the rain to reach Midvalley. By the time I got there, Isabel and the gang was already there.

Isabel's party was a brief dinner and lots of talking. 2230 I hopped onto a train and got to Serdang. From there my nightmare began...

I called my mom to tell her I was going to catch a bus to Bukit Cheras Perdana, but needed to know exactly where they were. She ended up asking her friend to pick me up from the station.

Wrong move

She arrived with a strangely famliar glint in her eyes. 1st thing she did was demand for payment for her ride, shoving it in my face that I shouldn't expect free rides all the time. It was kinda scary until Hiroe told me that the lady had been drinking. Explains the familiar glint.

When we reached my Jail, she sat us all down for a lecture on how we should "work hard and not rely on others, and that prayers don't help", and her resume and inventory of jewelry.

She didn't end till 0100.

Dream time wasn't at all nice either. I dreamt I was at the Teluk Danga Judo competition and my opponent was a super fat girl. Spent the whole night figuring out how to flip her.

Wednesday I went to HELP to get my application straightened out. Filing in forms and running around with not enough sleep is horrible. Went to find some accommodation, so went round the dorms and some other places. Some of the rooms for rent are seriously appalling.

Imagine if the whole house was like you were looking through sequoia glasses.
And the walls were caved in, and just loosely boarded over.
The carpets and sofas needed fumigation.
I need a biohazard suit to enter the kitchen.

So I settled for a single room with no window and no toilet attached. Not bad I suppose, with all the other choices I have: the room mentioned above, and a RM7000 a month house.

So there, I'm now a persikologi student.
