Ok... I take back what I've said before about not liking romance... ignoring the fact that I thought it would closely resemble the original Shakespearean masterpiece: The Taming Of The Shrew therefore choosing 10 Things I Hate About You.
Apparently, I was in for a suprise, and apparently, romance can be quite entertaining afterall ( ignoring the chronic, hungry, depressing void next to me which occurs everytime the romantic parts begin, and the lingering emotional trauma which follows )
My favourite character would be the all time caustic Kat Stratford, a feminist. sneers at the idiocy of teenage social life. and is a non-conformist. You can't deny she's good looking either (^-^) But as Fate will have it ( or in this case the producers ) she falls for the Biker Boy of the school.
Trust me. I'm not a person who would give you a good synopsis of a romnace movie. Sci-fi, action, the works I'm fine, but just not romance. So, to really understand what I'm trying to say, get the movie, grab your partner ( or if you don't have one, too bad ) and hit the play button, or alternately, you could just go wiki it.
"I hate the way you talk to me, and the way you cut your hair.
I hate the way you drive my car.
I hate it when you stare.
I hate your big dumb combat boots, and the way you read my mind.
I hate you so much it makes me sick; it even makes me rhyme.
I hate it, I hate the way you're always right.
I hate it when you lie. I hate it when you make me laugh, even worse when you make me cry.
I hate it when you're not around, and the fact that you didn't call.
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you.
Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all. "
